Noodle Book
Since my childhood, I've been residing with my grandparents, and one of the most joyous occasions is when they prepare a dish called "banmian." Banmian is a unique Xinjiang delicacy made of noodles, fried meat, onions, and peppers. On these special days, my grandparents rise early to gather ingredients from the supermarket. While Grandma tends to the vegetables, Grandpa skillfully handcrafts the noodles, working seamlessly in a harmonious partnership. I aspire to craft a storybook that immortalizes this ordinary yet incredibly heartwarming day, for it is said that "cooking is love made visible."
